1st Place Realty has been selling property at an affordable rate across the Perth area since 2010.  Alice took over as Licensee in 2020, having recently returned from Queensland where she had been working for a boutique agency in the rural South-East.

Why Do We Offer Our Services At Such A Low Rate?     

Simple..... because we do not have the high overheads of other agencies 

When you sell your home with a traditional Real Estate Company you are paying up to 3 people to do the job, everyone gets a slice of the commission. 

1 – The actual salesperson

2 – The owner of the business and/or their admin or PR

3 – possibly a company franchise 

The largest slice normally goes to the owner of the business to pay for running costs i.e. Rent, Wages, Utilities, etc. 

With 1st Place Realty, our running costs are kept to a minimum but without compromising on vital day to day tasks, marketing systems and training. Nothing is spent on unnecessary costs that do not add value to the business and or the client.

Based from an office in Baldivis, but using the very latest in technology, we can market, promote, closely monitor and sell all our listings from appraisal to settlement from our home office, from the car, whilst on the road. 24/7 technology means that large shop presence is simply an unnecessary expense, with most people using their phones or computers to  search for properties.  Gone are the days of waiting for buyers or sellers to walk into the office. Our agents are highly motivated, autonomous and offer premium, personalised services to every client.

No! We charge ALL of our clients the same!
