I have clinical depression and social anxiety, and Alice was compassionate enough to have my parents with me when she showed people around. I didn't have to leave the house whilst showing people around, and she totally understood my mental illness. She was there any time I needed her. And she did background checks on what my property was worth, and advised me on not taking too low offers. She did all the hard work to make sure I got the price I needed - I am going through a terrible divorce yet she managed to get me enough to buy a unit once the mortgage was paid out. Without her support I would probably have given up.
She is caring, compassionate and has a heart of gold. I am a disability pensioner and her caring gave me the strength I needed to go through with the sale. She gives 100% to her clients, and helped me read through all the small print.
I am now in the process of buying a small strata unit, and the real estate agent selling the place doesn't care about my mental disabilities but Alice still gives me free advice via e-mail. She also got me $20,000 above my asking price. But I can say she is an absolute gem. She really cares about her clients and double checks everything, and explains all the small print for you.”
